News Release: Impact of Health Care Decision on MCC Lawsuit Against HHS Mandate

(Lansing)—Michigan Catholic Conference released the following statement regarding the constitutional holding of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (federal health care law) and its impact on the Conference’s lawsuit against the HHS Mandate:

“We are studying the Supreme Court’s decision to determine if it impacts our case. A more detailed statement will be released once we have had sufficient time to review the Court’s decision and its full impact on the Michigan Catholic Conference lawsuit against the HHS mandate.”
